The hotel’s location was very convenient for my business needs, and it was close to public transportation to explore the city. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries.

The noise level in my room was quite high, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The pillows provided were also too soft for my liking, and the air conditioning was not working properly, making the room uncomfortably warm at times.

Perfect location for skiing, comfortable and relaxing hotel, excellent half board dining, satisfying buffet, beautiful family-run hotel, excellent service.

We had a luxurious stay here with exclusive amenities at our disposal. the exceptional staff catered to our every need and the Spa & wellness centre left us feeling pampered and relaxed. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were a particular highlight, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. Special diet menus were offered at the restaurant, along with an excellent breakfast buffet.

The room cost more than we anticipated and was a minor issue. Despite this, the location close to the cable car made hiking and skiing easily accessible.

Skiing to the door was the perfect way to start the day on the slopes! the luxurious ski lockers were spacious and warm, much better than expected. the pool area was a highlight of the trip, with different water settings every 15 minutes. We particularly enjoyed the Jacuzzi wall! the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home right away.

Sadly, there was no kettle in the room and hot drinks had to be requested. access to the pool was not included in the price of the room, which was disappointing.

We loved this hotel! The location was perfect for skiing and right next to the cable car. The hotel facilities were top-notch with four pools and an indoor water park. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.

It was all superb.

During our ski trip, we were lucky enough to stay in a fantastic hotel located right next to the cable car. Aside from being perfect for skiing, we loved that the local supermarket was just a short walk away. the comfort of our room was impressive and the bathroom was spacious and modern. We were never disappointed with the delicious breakfast that was served daily. the indoor water park was a huge hit with our family. the staff made our experience exceptional.

We did encounter some difficulty communicating with some members of the staff due to language barriers.
